YP Training's factory visits are always well attended. They are held at the premises of a manufacturing  company who volunteers to provide an overview of the company's business and its involvement in lean activities.

This is followed by a guided tour of the company's premises and a 'question and answer' session.

Regardless of the host company's field of operation, there are parallels for all compajies intereted in improving efficiency.

In addition there are valuable opportunities to network with like-minded colleagues and benchmark lean activities against those being undertaken by oher companies.
