Why?

Yorkshire Productivity started life delivering lean training courses to manufacturing companies in Yorkshire.

For over a decade, Yorkshire Productivity has built upon this core activity becoming the UK's largest provider of Learn Direct Business Improvement Techniques NVQs.

At the same time, Yorkshire Productivity expanded to the North East and North West, delivering quality training provision beyond its Yorkshire borders.

Whilst lean training to manufacturing companies still lies at the heart of our provision, the name Yorkshire Productivity no longer fully reflects the organisation's geographical reach or service offer.

So Yorkshire Productivity has now become YP Training:

• A leading provider of a wide range of apprenticeships relevant to manufacturing and other businesses

• YP Training has over £1 million in UK government grants to support training within its customers

• Enhances its quality learning provision with innovative learning solutions developed specifically for YP Training by its e-learning parent company, Virtual College
